On April 4, the International Olympic Committee will submit Madrid 2020 to an initial examination, via videoconference. For the first time, the candidate cities will have to pass this examination with the panel of experts who will score the questionnaires they have already submitted.
We were chosen to provide accreditation and access control services for professional attendees at the event, and Acrenet was the platform chosen to accredit attendees for the IOC visit to Madrid.
ACCREDITATION SYSTEM:
– Importation of accredited personnel.
– Mass emails with URLs for printing accreditations.
– Technical office and on-site printing of accreditations with pre-printed format and design.
– Sending printing reminder emails.
