Flexibility in Accreditation Formats

Print at Home: Accreditation holders can receive their badges via email in PDF format to print at home.
In-Office Printing: For added security and professionalism, in-premise printing is allowed with options of plastic cards or wristbands, available with QR or RFID technology for fast and secure access.
Printer options: Compatible with thermal and laser printers, it facilitates printing in different formats and materials, adapting to the infrastructure of the event.
Batch Management of Accredited Attendees
The system allows the creation of accredited batches that group people with specific permissions, simplifying the organisation. These lots can be configured with different levels of access and assigned to specific categories of accredited persons (staff, artists, press, etc.).
External Batch Managers
The platform introduces the figure of the batch manager, which allows a person external to the organisation to manage his or her own batch of accredited persons. The organisation creates and configures the batches, assigns the managers and these, in turn, manage the accreditations of their batches autonomously.
Transfer of accreditations for self-accreditation
Batch managers can transfer accreditation to end-users for them to complete their self-accreditation process. This provides attendees with a quick and straightforward method of obtaining their credentials, improving the user experience and enabling more efficient staff management.
Batch or Individual File Upload
The platform allows both managers and accreditors to upload relevant documents, either at batch level or individually. These files (e.g. identification documents or specific permissions) may be required for final accreditation approval, depending on the organisation’s settings.
Custom Forms and Pre-Accreditations
The system offers the possibility to create customised external forms for specific events. These forms allow pre-accreditations to be made by automatically assigning the records to the designated batches according to the type of accredited party. Pre-accreditations can be subsequently accepted or rejected by the organisation, ensuring that only authorised profiles continue in the process.

Some batches can be configured to have their members automatically pre-approved, eliminating the need for manual review and speeding up access for groups that meet guaranteed access criteria.

With QR or RFID code generation, badges are easily integrated with access control systems, enabling accurate and fast real-time validation.
