bTicket – Access Control System
Comprehensive solution for managing admissions, capacity and validation at events or facilities.
BackOffice management panel
The bTicket BackOffice is the core of the system’s management. From this platform, organisers can:
- Monitor access and detect incidents in real time
- Simulate entries to detect potential errors before the event
- Receive automatic alerts about capacity and devices
- Generate reports, statistics, and view all accesses
Furthermore, the panel is fully customised according to the regional settings and requirements of each customer.
Compatible identification technologies
bTicket is compatible with a wide range of identification technologies, allowing it to adapt to the needs of each event or facility:
Bar codes
1D (Code 39, EAN128) and 2D (Datamatrix, PDF)
electronic national identity card
Facial biometrics
Proximity readers
RFID (125KHz EMID) y NFC (Mifare 13,56 MHz)
* Devices may include screens that indicate access validity with green (permitted) or red (denied) pictograms, accompanied by customised messages and turnstile control.

Access Control App
The bTicket app is specifically designed for Android devices and connects to the access control server via WiFi or 4G. It allows you to:
- Scanning QR codes on smartphones or devices with built-in scanners (Honeywell, Zebra, Sunmi, etc.)
- Reading RFID cards using NFC
- Validation of 1D and 2D codes, national identity cards, cards or tickets
Designed for control personnel, the app can operate in offline mode. If the connection is lost, it makes automatic decisions about the validity of accesses and stores the data locally until communication is restored.
All of this is reflected in the event management dashboard, where it is possible to monitor the status of readers and access flows in real time.
Connectivity and communication protocol
Communication between the control devices and the bTicket server is carried out using the TCP/IP protocol, which guarantees a stable, secure, real-time connection.
Turnstiles, gates and physical access control
bTicket also integrates with physical control devices such as turnstiles, gates, and motorised corridors. These elements act as physical barriers that allow or deny passage based on system validation.
They incorporate code readers, ID card readers, RFID card readers, and facial biometrics. An embedded CPU communicates with the bTicket server to verify permission and unlocks access if it is valid.
We can integrate our electronics into multiple leading brands such as Ecsa, Argusa, Axess, Kaba, and Gunnebo. We also adapt the solution to existing installations.
