Binary access control technology at the Qatar Premier Padel final

Control de Accesos Premier Padel

Palau Sant Jordi, 8–14 December 2025 – Binary Ingeniería y Software was responsible for developing, configuring and implementing the access control system for the Qatar Airways Premier Padel Finals, held at the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona, one of the most important sporting events on the international padel calendar.

The solution implemented by Binary enabled the efficient, secure and centralised management of thousands of attendees, ensuring real-time ticket validation using QR codes and precise control of the different access flows to the venue. The system was designed to offer maximum reliability even during peak times, minimising waiting times and avoiding incidents.

Binary was responsible for the comprehensive configuration of the software, integration with reading devices, parameterisation of access by zones and profiles, and technical supervision of operations, ensuring the proper functioning of the entire infrastructure during the event.

The platform developed allowed for different levels of access to be applied for the general public, VIP areas, organisers, press and technical staff, reinforcing security and facilitating the operations of the event’s control and security teams.

‘This project reflects our ability to respond to large-scale events with high operational demands, where technology must be robust, invisible to the end user and absolutely reliable,’ emphasise Binary Ingeniería y Software.

Participation in the Qatar Premier Padel Finals consolidates Binary as a leading technology partner in access control, ticketing and capacity management solutions, and strengthens its position in the field of major sporting, cultural and corporate events.

With this new milestone, Binary Ingeniería y Software reaffirms its commitment to innovation, technological excellence and continuous improvement of the user experience, providing real value to organisers and venues in highly demanding environments.
