Endesa is organizing a tour to showcase its new relationship with its customers, in which it is committed to adapting to each family model and their way of life, and is offering them double tickets for the tour in four cities (Vigo, Logroño, Madrid and Valencia), where invited customers will be able to enjoy David Bisbal’s performances.
We collaborate with the communication agency Comunica+A in the management of the capacity of the venues where the concerts are held in the different cities, for the issuance of invitations (numbered seats) and the control of access and attendees during the tour.
For this purpose, the capacity of each venue is configured and nominal invitations are assigned to each guest, which can be sent in electronic or printed format.
On the day of the event, our technicians assist the doormen who carry out an attendee control at each venue where each ticket is checked with our QR code readers or PDA’s and the capacity of the venue is controlled.
When the event ends, access and attendance reports are generated.
