We have been chosen for the implementation of the accreditation and access control service for the Valencia Open tennis tournament.
Within the services provided, different features are used in the accreditation and access control systems.
- Initial import of accredited from excel file.
- Massive sending of emails with URL for printing of accreditations.
- Impresión de acreditaciones (PAH) por parte de los inscritos. (El mensaje publicitario incluido en la
- sección 4 varía en función de las preferencias del acreditado).
- Sending print reminder emails.
- Printing of accreditations
- Generation of anonymous accreditations for incidents (last minute guests).
- Validation of the codes generated by the accreditation system.
- Ticket validation
- Access and incident reports (by accredited, by hours, by PDA…)
